Meetings During the whole length of the study, all relevant stakeholders will be consulted for their input and comments. Workshops and meetings will be organised in order to facilitate information exchanges. On technical issues, we will hold discussions with interested parties in a bilateral manner. If you would like to propose a meeting, please contact us. The final stakeholder meeting for the EuP lot 18 was held on October 15th 2008, in Brussels - from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm..
